Software Engineer
Organised Planner responsible for creating and maintaining work schedules for housing repairs, using MS Project or Primavera, analysing data, and coordinating with field teams to ensure timely delivery of maintenance projects.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and update detailed work schedules for housing repair and maintenance programmes.
- Utilise scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 to allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Analyse project data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely execution.
- Produce regular reports on schedule adherence, resource utilisation and forecasted completion dates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning or works programming within construction, facilities or housing maintenance.
- Strong proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail for data‑driven decision making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive approach with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
