Data Analyst
Entry‑level Pipeline Data Analyst responsible for reviewing ILI and survey data, generating technical reports, and supporting pipeline integrity assessments using Python, SQL and GIS tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inline inspection (ILI) and survey datasets to identify anomalies and assess pipeline integrity.
- Prepare clear, data‑driven technical reports and documentation for engineering and client review.
- Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure accurate data capture and timely project delivery.
- Develop visualizations and GIS maps to communicate findings and support decision‑making.
- Maintain data quality standards, perform data cleaning, and support database updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) or strong spatial data concepts.
- Familiarity with pipeline inspection technologies and non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
