We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Pilot, Captain to lead our flight operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our corporate aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the flight operations team to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Develop and implement safety management systems to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of flight operations with other business functions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate pilot with a commercial airline or private aviation company.
• Valid pilot's license and medical certificate.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
