Software Engineer
Lead AI engineering engagements for clients, designing and deploying physical AI solutions using Python, machine learning, data pipelines, and cloud platforms while guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering strategic consulting value.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define AI‑driven solutions that integrate physical systems, sensors, and data analytics.
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines using Python and cloud services.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, data engineering, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for building scalable AI services.
- Strong consulting background with proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
