Software Engineer
PhD‑level engineer with expertise in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering will generate high‑quality engineering content, interpret scientific literature, and provide data that drives AI model training and performance improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Produce authoritative written responses to complex engineering prompts, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance to AI model training.
- Review, synthesize, and interpret scientific literature to extract data and insights that inform model development.
- Generate curated datasets, annotations, and benchmark cases that improve model learning across multidisciplinary domains.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers to integrate domain‑specific knowledge into training pipelines.
- Validate model outputs against engineering standards and provide feedback for iterative improvement.
Requirements
- PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python with hands‑on experience using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven ability to conduct literature reviews, extract quantitative data, and translate it into machine‑readable formats.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills for delivering clear, concise engineering explanations.
