Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians in an automated dispensing environment.

- Collaborate with IT and pharmacy leadership to optimize automation systems and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a pharmacy technician with a focus on automation.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Proficiency with pharmacy automation software and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of GMP, HIPAA, and medication safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
