About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, SOPs, and batch records for pharmaceutical production.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and tracking corrective actions.
- Participate in GMP inspections and regulatory compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to local and international standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related degree program.
- Strong understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
