Data Analyst
Analyze pharmacy data to drive business decisions and meet regulatory requirements, using SQL, Python, statistical methods, and Tableau dashboards to create reports, algorithms, and performance insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and analytical models that support pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
- Apply statistical and mathematical techniques to structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define problem statements, and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (or similar tools) to monitor key performance indicators and support decision‑making.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics within a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and experience creating dashboards with Tableau or comparable visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
