About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end data and analytics projects for pharma clients, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
- Design and implement cloud‑native data pipelines and architectures on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Develop advanced analytics and machine‑learning models to support drug development, clinical trials, and commercial operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and consultants, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI within the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences industry.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and analytics.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, SageMaker) and cloud‑based data architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy machine‑learning models and create Tableau visualizations.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills, with a track record of leading project teams and delivering results.
