Accountabilities:
- Support and administer AWS cloud environments in production, ensuring availability, stability, and operational efficiency.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across Linux systems and cloud infrastructure components.
- Monitor environment health, performance, capacity, and security to maintain high service standards.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change activities following operational best practices.
- Administer AWS services including EC2, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, Route 53, EBS, ELB, S3, CloudWatch, and related solutions.
- Support patching, hardening, automation, and continuous optimization activities across cloud environments.
- Analyze logs, performance indicators, and infrastructure events to identify and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
- Participate in technical discussions with clients and internal teams to address operational demands and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining AWS cloud environments in production.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration, including platforms such as Red Hat, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, or similar distributions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, EBS, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Experience troubleshooting networks, DNS, storage, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Background in log analysis and incident resolution within production environments.
- Experience working with corporate IT environments and ITIL-based processes.
- Ability to create technical documentation and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
- Experience with AWS Systems Manager (SSM) is considered a plus.
