About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and scalability tests for CMM applications deployed on AWS.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Agile DevSecOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain and enhance testing frameworks, tools, and scripts (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
- Document test plans, scenarios, and performance baselines for enterprise‑class applications.
Requirements
- 3+ years of performance testing experience in cloud environments.
- Proficiency with AWS services and performance testing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Experience working in Agile DevSecOps settings.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
