About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans for the Case Management Modernization program, ensuring system scalability and reliability.
- Implement automated Selenium test suites to validate functional and performance requirements across web interfaces.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application and database performance.
- Maintain and enhance the performance testing framework, integrating new tools and best practices.
- Document test results, provide actionable insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing and platform engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
