Lead media performance, analytics, and AdTech/MarTech optimisation to drive smarter investment and sharper insights, using Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau and advanced media buying techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end media performance, from data collection to optimisation and reporting across paid channels.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Python and SQL to integrate campaign data, audience insights and attribution models.
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and automate reporting with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to provide real‑time insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, media buying and product teams to test, iterate and scale high‑impact campaigns.
- Implement and manage AdTech/MarTech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide actionable recommendations that drive ROI, audience growth and brand awareness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, data analytics or media optimisation.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
- Hands‑on experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross‑functional teams.
