About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust SQL reporting solutions to meet diverse customer requirements.
- Extract, merge, and transform data from multiple IT platforms, including RiO and other patient management systems.
- Identify and resolve complex data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope improvements and enhance operational reporting standards.
- Document data models, ETL processes, and reporting logic for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proven track record in data warehousing, ETL development, and BI reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex queries.
- Experience working with NHS or similar healthcare data environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
