About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators across clinical and operational domains.
- Extract, clean, and transform large healthcare datasets with SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Apply statistical modeling and predictive analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and executive stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and actionable improvement plans.
- Document analytical methodologies, data lineage, and governance practices to support reproducibility and auditability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10) and regulatory requirements is a plus.
