Software Engineer
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, design database objects, integrate web services, and support business process automation in a fast‑growing software environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance PeopleSoft modules using PeopleTools and Application Designer.
- Create and maintain database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures with SQL/PLSQL.
- Integrate external systems via web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on PeopleSoft PeopleTools development experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database concepts.
- Experience integrating PeopleSoft with external applications using web services or APIs.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
