People Systems Lead - HRIS

We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems Lead - HRIS to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our HRIS systems, leveraging your technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HRIS systems using Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR technology solutions
• Provide technical expertise to HR business partners and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in HRIS
• Lead the evaluation and selection of HR technology vendors

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or related field
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning
• Experience with HR technology vendors and implementation
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
