Software Engineer
Lead the design and execution of people analytics initiatives, leveraging AI and data science to empower family caregivers and improve care outcomes across the platform.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards to track caregiver performance, engagement, and health outcomes.
- Apply machine learning models to predict caregiver needs, optimize training modules, and personalize support.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to translate analytics insights into actionable platform features.
- Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Present findings to senior leadership, driving data‑driven decision making and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, data science, or related fields within a tech or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker).
- Hands‑on experience building predictive models and interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear business insights.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and privacy regulations (HIPAA) is a plus.
