About the Role
Fever is looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to join our People team in the New York office. As a People Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining an exceptional employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with local labor laws globally.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with Fever's values and business objectives.
- Support global recruitment efforts, including collaborating with hiring managers, designing job descriptions, and optimizing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable across all regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations across various countries, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless HR operations and support business needs.
- Generate and analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a People Operations Manager or similar HR leadership role, with a focus on global operations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations across multiple countries.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- English is a must.
