About the Role
Fever is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional employee experience and will act as a key contact point for all HR-related topics and administrative questions. You will play a crucial role in managing the employee life cycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting our global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding (contracts, payroll, benefits, policies).
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Be the first point of contact for employees regarding all HR-related administrative questions.
- Process and maintain employee data in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support global mobility initiatives and international assignments.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various people initiatives and projects.
- Act as an internal consultant on People-related topics, ensuring a smooth and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Administration, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a global company is a plus.
