About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain HRIS and ATS workflows to support end‑to‑end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency, retention, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including data privacy and labor laws.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine HR policies, onboarding programs, and performance management processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for HR systems, automating manual tasks and enhancing user experience for remote employees.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or People Operations within a fast‑growth tech or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
- Strong understanding of employment law, benefits administration, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
