About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to uncover trends and support strategic workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Excel to visualize key metrics for leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to design and implement data-driven people initiatives.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses using SQL to answer complex workforce questions.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations across all HR systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or people operations analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and data governance best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
