About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate machine‑learning models to predict employee behavior and improve talent management.
- Develop data pipelines for extracting, cleaning, and transforming HR data from SAP systems and external sources.
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to HR and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and HR experts to define analytical use cases and validate model outcomes.
- Document methodologies, code, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine‑learning concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical results to non‑technical audiences.
