People Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled People Data Scientist to join our team. As a People Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AWS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
