Software Engineer
Analyze workforce data to drive people‑centric decisions, building dashboards and reports with SQL, Tableau, Power BI and Excel while applying people‑analytics and statistical techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform employee data from HRIS and other sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Power BI that surface trends in turnover, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify drivers of employee experience and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Develop and document standard reporting processes, data dictionaries, and governance guidelines for people‑data assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a similar data‑focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA).
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, workforce metrics, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
