About the Role
Fever is looking for an experienced People & Culture Generalist to join our People team based in our NYC office. Reporting to the People Partner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment aligned with Fever's values and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all administrative tasks in between, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Support employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and conducting investigations when necessary, always ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS (currently Workday), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs.
- Partner with the People Partner to develop and implement culture initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a commitment to fairness and objectivity.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
