About the Role
Fever is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in New York. You will be instrumental in supporting our People & Culture department by managing various HR administrative tasks, coordinating employee-related activities, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for people and culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Administer HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, including data entry, reconciliation, and employee inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and culture initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support various People & Culture projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
