The Role

Fever is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team, based in New York City. The P&C Coordinator will support the Americas People & Culture team, assisting with local People initiatives, HRIS data management, and coordinating new joiner onboarding. This is a unique opportunity to provide key support for a rapidly growing global company and gain valuable experience in the People & Culture domain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support People & Culture initiatives in the Americas (United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), collaborating with the global P&C team.
• Responsible for onboarding new hires in the Americas, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Oversee HRIS data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Draft internal P&C communications, keeping employees informed and engaged.
• Provide support for employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events, promoting a vibrant company culture.
• Assist in compensation and benefits administration.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Spanish is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with and learning new technologies and platforms.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment.
• Prior experience in a People/HR-related role is a plus.
