About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Madrid. As a P&C Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and managers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management, in a fair and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with managers to identify talent development needs and provide support in creating and implementing training programs.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Conduct HR data analysis and provide insights to improve HR processes and decision-making.
• Support the compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Promote a positive and inclusive company culture, fostering employee engagement and well-being.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus.
