Software Engineer
Lead the People Analytics function, driving data‑driven HR decisions with SQL, Python and Tableau to uncover insights, forecast talent needs, and optimize workforce performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end analytics solutions for talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with HR, finance and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable data models.
- Build and automate dashboards in Tableau, delivering real‑time insights on workforce metrics.
- Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling in Python to forecast turnover, skill gaps and workforce demand.
- Present findings to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, business‑impact stories.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics or HR data science.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to design experiments and interpret results.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives.
- Experience with large enterprise HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
