Lead data science initiatives in people analytics, building predictive models and dashboards to drive workforce insights using Python, SQL, ML, and AWS services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to predict employee engagement, turnover, and performance metrics.
- Extract, clean, and transform large HR datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Create interactive visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/AWS QuickSight to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define analytical requirements and translate business questions into data solutions.
- Document methodologies, maintain reproducible pipelines, and share best practices across the analytics organization.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 3+ years of data science experience.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
