About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze workforce data to uncover trends in hiring, retention, and performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to provide real‑time insights to leadership.
- Partner with HR and legal teams to design and enforce data governance policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for talent acquisition, development, and diversity initiatives.
- Support ad‑hoc analytics requests and contribute to strategic workforce planning projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in people analytics or HR data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance best practices and compliance frameworks.
