Data‑driven People Analytics Analyst leveraging SQL, Python, and BI tools to automate workforce insights, build dashboards, and support AI‑enabled decision making for HR leaders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines to ingest HR data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize workforce metrics and trends.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to predict employee engagement, turnover, and talent needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies.
- Document data models, processes, and best practices to ensure reproducibility and compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in people or HR analytics, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard development.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning concepts applied to workforce data.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
