Software Architect
Design and develop enterprise applications on the Pega Platform, focusing on case management, workflow automation, and system integration while collaborating with business and technical teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure enterprise‑grade solutions using the Pega Platform.
- Implement case management and workflow automation to meet complex business processes.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems through APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
- Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of Pega applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing applications on the Pega Platform (Pega 7/8).
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflow automation, and Pega rules architecture.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with REST/SOAP web services for system integration.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
