About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate analog and mixed‑signal blocks for next‑generation memory interface chips.
- Collaborate with digital and verification teams to integrate analog blocks into system‑level designs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, testbenches, and documentation for analog IP.
- Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization of analog circuits in silicon.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process technology scaling initiatives.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong background in analog/mixed‑signal design.
- Proven experience designing CMOS analog blocks for high‑speed memory or RF applications.
- Expertise in simulation tools (Cadence Spectre, HSPICE, ADS) and layout tools (Cadence Virtuoso).
- Solid understanding of power management, signal integrity, and process variation effects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
