About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve Service Escalation Variables (SEVs) related to transaction discrepancies, ID mapping, and product misalignment.
- Maintain transaction code parity across omni‑processors, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Map and interpret financial data structures, supporting large‑scale money movements.
- Lead cross‑functional project initiatives, coordinating with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python and SQL, integrating with AWS services.
- Document findings, create detailed reports, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience in fintech or payment processing environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS cloud services.
- Strong understanding of payment transaction flows and financial data structures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
