Accountabilities:

The Partner Solutions Sr Specialist will act as a key resource for customer planning, implementation, support, and ongoing program success. This role requires strong collaboration skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting ongoing planning, implementation, onboarding, and operational needs.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by proactively identifying training, support, and service requirements.
• Coordinate resources across marketing, enrollment, operations, curriculum, instruction, billing, support, and professional development teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide regular updates to partners regarding timelines, campaigns, services, operational progress, and program performance.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer goals, contract requirements, and account expectations to ensure successful execution.
• Support customer retention and growth initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor program outcomes and provide consultative recommendations to improve effectiveness and partner satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with program leaders and operational stakeholders by understanding their challenges and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, enablement, academic, and support teams to maximize account value.
• Escalate technical issues appropriately and coordinate with relevant teams to identify effective solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance customer processes and experiences.
