About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives for partners, including cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation, ensuring successful adoption of Datadog solutions.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams and internal stakeholders to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions on AWS.
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance, workshops, and training to partner engineers, enabling them to effectively implement and support Datadog products.
- Own the outcome of partner engagements, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating partner requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and best‑practice recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or technical solutions roles, with a strong focus on AWS.
- Proven track record of leading complex migration and modernization projects for enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and channel enablement is a plus.
