Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture high‑impact relationships with ISVs, guiding them through AWS Marketplace onboarding and growth strategies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and execute joint go‑to‑market plans.
- Analyze marketplace performance data to optimize pricing, packaging, and revenue models for partners.
- Drive co‑sell outcomes by aligning partner capabilities with AWS customer needs and industry trends.
- Provide strategic counsel on commercial terms, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of partner management or channel sales experience in the cloud or SaaS industry.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, Marketplace mechanics, and cloud economics.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through partner enablement and co‑sell initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
