About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner growth plans aligned with SAP Next Gen strategy, targeting new market segments and verticals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for joint business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and enablement) to create co‑sell programs, joint marketing campaigns, and training workshops.
- Analyze partner performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners on SAP solutions, industry trends, and best practices to maximize joint value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development within the enterprise software industry.
- Deep understanding of SAP ecosystems, especially SAP Next Gen and S/4HANA solutions.
- Proven track record of driving partner revenue growth and executing successful joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
