Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface with government customers, technical teams, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Lead the full project lifecycle from kickoff and planning through design coordination, installation oversight, and rigorous testing to deliver a resilient wireless communications solution.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitating collaboration between engineering, operations, and quality assurance to meet project milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and implementing best practices for future deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in complex technical or wireless communications projects.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication technologies and installation processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time contract environment.
