Palantir Data Engineer - Booz Allen Hamilton

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within the Palantir platform to ingest, transform, and analyze large IoT and enterprise datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, data quality standards, and governance policies that support advanced analytics and AI workloads.
• Implement machine learning and statistical models, translating business requirements into reproducible analytical workflows.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and stakeholders on data strategy, best practices, and actionable insights derived from complex data sets.
• Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and security of data solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles, with deep proficiency in Palantir Foundry or similar platforms.
• Strong background in SQL, Python, and data modeling, plus experience with IoT data streams and time‑series analysis.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting.
