About the Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaign setup and optimization while collaborating closely with a strategist on goals and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Search & Display
- Google Local Services Ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting tailored to clients’ specific needs
- Write and test ad copy
- Set up conversion tracking and ensure campaigns are optimized for leads (calls, form fills, appointment requests)
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve CPL and ROI
- Provide clear, concise performance reporting and insights
- Collaborate with the agency lead on strategy, testing plans, and next steps
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising policies (HIPAA-aware best practices) when necessary
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience
- Strong experience with Google Ads (Search is a must; Local Services Ads a plus)
- Experience marketing for healthcare, medical practices, or professional services preferred
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and proactively
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead quality, not just clicks
- Clear communicator who is responsive and organized
- Comfortable working as an hourly contractor with evolving workloads
Compensation
- Hourly rate, commensurate with experience
- Flexible workload to start , with the opportunity for increased hours as new clients are onboarded
