QA Engineer
Senior QA Engineer responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases for aerospace software using Selenium, Python, and API testing tools within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Python for web and mobile applications.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, log defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform API testing with tools such as Postman or RestAssured, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide test estimates, and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Maintain test documentation, test plans, and test data management for compliance and traceability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a complex, regulated industry such as aerospace or defense.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Python, and test automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with API testing and performance testing tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
