Overpayment Analyst, US Payroll Hybrid

We are seeking an Overpayment Analyst to join our US Payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving overpayment issues, utilizing technical skills to ensure accurate and timely processing. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve overpayment issues in US Payroll
• Utilize technical skills to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve overpayment issues
• Develop and maintain reports to track overpayment trends and issues
• Provide training and support to internal teams on overpayment procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
