About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high‑value web leads through research and data mining across multiple channels.
- Execute outbound outreach sequences using Outreach.io and email automation platforms, tailoring messaging to target personas.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead qualification criteria and handoff processes.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve response and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation or sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Outreach.io (or similar sales engagement platforms).
- Strong written communication skills for crafting personalized outreach emails.
- Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust tactics based on insights.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote setting.
