Order Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Count and verify inventory levels to ensure accuracy
• Operate a forklift to move inventory and supplies
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting customer deadlines
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
