Lead a team delivering production support and new development for Oracle ERP‑based financial systems, leveraging PL/SQL, Java, and SQL to ensure high availability, performance, and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 production support for Oracle ERP financial modules, troubleshooting incidents and performing root‑cause analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and integrations using PL/SQL, Java, and SQL.
- Lead a small technical team, delegating tasks, mentoring members, and ensuring adherence to Agile delivery practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement performance tuning, data migration, and system upgrades while maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP (Financials) and strong PL/SQL/SQL programming skills.
- Proficiency in Java development for ERP extensions and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience in production support environments, including incident management and root‑cause resolution.
- Proven team‑lead or lead‑developer experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- Solid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
