Systems Engineer
Develop and maintain financial applications on Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS, creating complex SQL/PLSQL logic, BI Publisher reports, and integrations while leveraging UNIX scripting and SOA tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support customizations and extensions for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12 financial modules.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions to meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain BI Publisher templates, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflows, Web ADI, and SQL Loader processes.
- Develop data models, dashboards, and analytical reports within Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Integrate ERP solutions with external systems using Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Data Integrator, or WebMethods.
- Automate routine tasks and data loads using UNIX shell scripts and support Python/JavaScript utilities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS R12.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including building complex queries, packages, and procedures.
- Experience with Oracle development tools such as BI Publisher, Forms/Reports, Workflows, Web ADI, and SQL Loader.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (Oracle SOA Suite, ODI, WebMethods) and UNIX shell scripting; knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
