About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Analyze extensive HR and payroll datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Validate data accuracy, perform root‑cause analysis of discrepancies, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing HCM reporting solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Proven ability to analyze large HR datasets and generate workforce insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience gathering and translating business requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to data quality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
